Kristin Weinberg

Kristin E. Weinberg earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she concentrated on environmental law. Her career began in St. Louis at Brown & James PC, handling construction law and toxic tort matters, then at Polsinelli PC, where she gained experience in business litigation, telecommunications law, and trademark disputes in state and federal court. Licensed in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, and Ohio, she built a practice defined by rigorous advocacy and a deep commitment to clients, developing a strong aptitude for managing complex, high-stakes cases and coordinating legal teams. At The Becker Law Firm, Kristin oversees the firm's litigation attorneys, workflow, and trial preparation to ensure the team operates at the highest standard of excellence.

She is devoted to helping families who have suffered catastrophic injuries, birth injuries, and medical negligence, and she provides close attention to clients throughout every stage of their cases. She finds this work the most rewarding of her legal career. Outside the office, she is a busy mother to two sets of twins, and in her free time enjoys yoga, watching Netflix with her children, and reading.
