Brad Wilmoth

Brad Wilmoth is a Partner at The Bruning Law Firm. He focuses on tractor trailer accidents, auto accidents, bus accidents, product liability, and railroad accidents, litigating in state and federal courts nationwide.

Wilmoth earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law. He also attended ZheJiang Normal University in China and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

He is admitted to the Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas bars. He is a member of APITLA (trucking lawyers), MATA (Missouri plaintiffs lawyers), ITLA (Illinois trial lawyers), Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Missouri Bar, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Missouri and Kansas (2011-2025), received the Best Advocate and Lewis F.
