About Danielle Dinsmore

Danielle Dinsmore has been representing clients in medical malpractice matters throughout Maryland, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania for 25 years. For the past six years she has focused on plaintiff-side work involving wrongful death, paralysis, brain injury, birth injury, loss of limb, blindness, and surgical errors against large health care systems and physicians. She has secured verdicts and settlements in excess of $50 million to date. For 19 years before her transition to plaintiff-side practice, Ms. Dinsmore was a partner at two prominent Baltimore medical malpractice defense firms, representing hospitals, physicians, nurses, and nursing homes in state and federal courts.
