Kayann Chambers

Kayann Chambers is an attorney at The Cochran Firm DC focusing on medical malpractice and personal injury. A native of Florida, she earned her Master's degree from Florida State University, where she studied criminal justice policy and the socio-cultural and economic roots of crime. She then earned her J.D. from Florida A&M College of Law, where she also served as a law clerk for the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Florida. She began her legal career at an AV Preeminent plaintiff's firm in Prince George's County, Maryland, focusing on civil litigation and administrative law. She is a member of the District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia state bars, the District of Columbia Federal Bar, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
