About Scott Mach

Scott W. Mach is one of the longest-tenured attorneys at Popham Injury Law, having become a partner in 1987 and now serving as Of Counsel. He was born in Manhattan, Kansas, graduated with a degree in journalism from Kansas State University, and was a four-year varsity letterman on the Kansas State Baseball Team. He graduated from the University of Kansas Law School in 1981 and went directly to work at Popham Injury Law.

Scott has tried more than 50 jury trials, recording two verdicts in excess of $2 million, one in a personal injury case and one in a business litigation case. He holds Martindale-Hubbell's highest "AV" rating and has been recognized by the Consumer's Guide as a Best Lawyer in America and by Kansas-Missouri Super Lawyers. His son Cooper Mach is also a partner at the firm.
