About Mitch Drach

Mitchell R. Drach is Of Counsel at Torgan Cooper + Aaron. A graduate of the National Law Center of George Washington University, he was admitted to the New York Bar in 1984 and has since devoted his career to representing severely injured individuals in medical malpractice litigation, working with leading New York medical malpractice firms. He has obtained numerous multi-million dollar recoveries in medical malpractice lawsuits and has cross-examined well over a thousand physicians over the course of his career. Outside of law he maintains interests in theatre, fiction writing and jazz, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Brave New World Repertory Theatre.
