About Linda Turley

Linda Turley began practicing law in Texas in 1983 and became Board-Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1988. She handles a wide range of injury and wrongful death claims for victims and families throughout the Dallas Metroplex, with particular depth in product liability, medical malpractice, and general negligence. Ms. Turley has written more than 35 articles on personal injury pre-trial preparation and litigation, and her argument in Schwartz v. John Deere is included in the acclaimed Million Dollar Arguments series. She holds an AV Preeminent 5.0 rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been listed among Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation since 2013, and has received Super Lawyers recognition. She devotes 100 percent of her practice to litigation.
