Josh Alexander

Josh Alexander earned his undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 2004 (where he played collegiate football) and his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2008. He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney, trying more than 60 cases to verdict as lead counsel without a loss, including cases ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree murder. He joined the Alexander Law Firm in 2012, building a personal injury practice before joining Witherite Law Group. He has been named a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 attorney nationally multiple times (2019-2025) and a Super Lawyers Rising Star for ten consecutive years. He is admitted in Texas and Florida.
