Scott Kreider

Scot Kreider uses his legal knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry to represent victims who have been injured in an accident or by their insurance company. He began his legal career working for a highly regarded insurance defense firm in the Denver area for eight years. In this capacity, Scot gained appellate experience and won three significant cases. In 2013, he made the switch to the plaintiff side and joined Bachus & Schanker, LLC after witnessing the firm’s willingness to dedicate resources necessary to win difficult cases. He also was impressed by its dedication to clients, regardless of their claims’ value.

Today, Scot is an associate attorney specializing in auto accident claims, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes and insurance bad-faith. He enjoys representing individuals fighting for justice. He is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, served on the Amicus Committee and enjoys judging high school mock trial tournaments. Scot earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver.

Scot honed his analytical and oratorical skills participating in interscholastic speech and debate throughout his college career. He went on to attend Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa, graduating cum laude. While at Drake, Scot was a member of the Drake Law Review and competed in intercollegiate moot court competitions. When not practicing law, Scot is very busy parenting three very young children with his wife, Chandra.
