Allison Bailey

Allison Brennan Bailey is an Associate at Butler Prather LLP. She earned her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Georgia and her J.D. summa cum laude from Emory University School of Law, where she earned top litigator and appellate oralist honors. After law school she clerked for the Honorable Michael Urbanski of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. She subsequently worked at Eversheds Sutherland LLP, where she represented companies and individuals in complex matters including class actions, white collar defense, and defamation, and at The Block Firm LLC, where she represented plaintiffs in medical malpractice, premises liability, and sexual harassment cases.

During college she interned for the U.S. Attorney's office in Savannah. She is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and to all Georgia state trial and appellate courts. Her practice includes personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, and sexual harassment claims.
