Archie Grubb

Archie I. Grubb II is a Partner at Butler Prather LLP handling personal injury, business and insurance disputes, and whistleblower cases. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama Honors Program and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. Before joining Butler Prather, he was a Shareholder at Beasley Allen Law Firm from 2009 to 2019. He served as Past President of the Chattahoochee Circuit Bar Association and currently serves as President of the Chattahoochee Trial Lawyers Association.

He was court-appointed to a steering committee in the Apple iPhone product liability class action and took an active role in the Volkswagen and Fiat Chrysler emissions MDL, which produced billions in relief to more than 600,000 vehicle owners. He represented a whistleblower in a $39 million False Claims Act settlement involving pharmaceutical kickbacks and off-label marketing. He also served as co-counsel in two class actions involving force-place flood insurance that produced millions in homeowner relief. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and was named to Super Lawyers 2025.
