Marc McCallister

Marc McCallister is a partner at Cavanagh Sorich Law Group with more than 20 years of experience in personal injury litigation throughout Chicago and Illinois. He obtained his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 2001 and his J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2005. He is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, including the Trial Bar since 2012. McCallister's practice focuses on medical malpractice and catastrophic accident cases, and his background includes both plaintiff and defense work. His results include a $3 million settlement for a spinal misdiagnosis that left a client partially paralyzed, a $2.3 million settlement for a wedding ceremony injury, and a $2.2 million jury verdict for a bicyclist struck by a Chicago Police squad car.
