Larry Townsley

Larry R. Townsley is a founding partner at Cofman Townsley Attorneys at Law in St. Louis, Missouri, which he co-founded in 1973 alongside Stuart Cofman. Born in Gray Ridge, Missouri in 1945, he earned his B.A. from the University of Texas in 1971 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1974. He practiced personal injury law in Missouri and Illinois for decades, handling auto accidents, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, wrongful death, and product liability matters.

He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and Texas. His professional affiliations include the American Association for Justice, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Missouri Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Townsley has since retired from active practice but continues to support the Missouri and Illinois communities.
