David Nissenholtz

David M. Nissenholtz is a senior partner at Cofman Townsley Attorneys at Law in St. Louis, Missouri. Born in St. Louis in 1945, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1971. He has practiced personal injury law at Cofman Townsley for over 50 years, securing millions of dollars in compensation for clients throughout that time. Nissenholtz is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and before the United States Supreme Court.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the National Lawyers Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and The Missouri Bar. Outside of practice, he is involved with the University City Farmer's Market and the Learn To Skate Program. He serves as the firm's Ambassador of Culture and Goodwill and enjoys golf, exercise, and travel.
