David Simkins

David Simkins is a personal injury attorney at Cofman Townsley Attorneys at Law in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned his B.A. in Journalism with honors from the University of Missouri in 1990 and his J.D. cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law in 1995. After law school he clerked for Judge Thomas Welch of the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Illinois before spending approximately two decades in insurance defense work across three St. Louis firms, conducting around 30 jury trials in Missouri and Illinois courts.
