Brett Thomas

Partner Brett B. Thomas focuses his work in the firm's Business and Real Estate practice group, representing small and large businesses across Indiana in disputes involving vendors, contractors, landlords, employees, and more. Prior to joining CohenMalad LLP, Brett gained trial experience representing indigent clients of Marion County as a Public Defender. That experience gave him command of courtroom procedure and the ability to view problems from multiple viewpoints and craft creative solutions.
