Sarah Potter

Sarah E. Potter is an Associate Attorney at CohenMalad LLP, where she represents plaintiffs in personal injury, class action and mass tort, medical malpractice, and pharmaceutical drug and medical device cases. Sarah's legal work focuses on advocating for individuals injured by dangerous prescription drugs, defective medical devices, and negligent medical care. Before joining the firm, Sarah served as Director of Government and Legislative Affairs at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, where she wrote and interpreted statutory language, testified before legislative committees, and worked with legislators and executive branch staff to pass legislation benefiting Hoosiers.
