Fredric Eisenberg

Fredric S. Eisenberg is a shareholder at the firm with four decades of experience representing injured plaintiffs in high-stakes catastrophic injury cases against corporations and institutions. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1987. He is admitted in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, as well as multiple federal district courts. Over his career he has secured more than $500 million in verdicts and settlements, including a $265 million settlement arising from the Amtrak Train No. 188 derailment, a $65 million dram shop settlement, a $36.5 million defective tire settlement, and a $35 million defective tire and RV crash settlement.
