Stewart Eisenberg

Stewart J. Eisenberg founded the firm and has spent over 40 years representing victims of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, trying more than 50 jury trials. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1976 and earned his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1980, where he served on Law Review and received the Barristers Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar since 1980. Among his trial results are a $2.46 billion Boy Scouts of America sexual abuse settlement, a $101 million Tropicana parking garage collapse settlement, a $65 million dram shop settlement, and a $55.3 million crashworthiness verdict in a Honda seatbelt defect case. He is a past president of both the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, a 15-year recipient of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, and a member of the Best Lawyers in America in the categories of medical malpractice, personal injury litigation, and product liability litigation.
