Todd Schoenhaus

Todd A. Schoenhaus is a shareholder at the firm with nearly 30 years of experience handling product liability, premises liability, construction accidents, vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, civil rights, and abuse litigation. He earned his B.A. in Political Science with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1994 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law in December 1996, where he served as associate editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and received writing and advocacy awards. He is admitted in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Third Circuit, and multiple federal district courts. His results include a $265 million settlement for victims of the Amtrak Train No. 188 derailment, a $24.8 million construction accident jury verdict, a $12.75 million automobile accident settlement, and a $9.25 million construction accident settlement. He is a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and serves on the boards of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Anti-Defamation League.
