Peter Mullenix

Peter Mullenix specializes in product defect, medical device, and medical malpractice cases, representing injured patients and their families. He has a nationwide practice spanning Washington, California, Kentucky, and Georgia. He has litigated against major companies in cases involving the da Vinci surgical robot, Norian bone cement, the Penumbra Coil 400 aneurysm coil, and the Ethicon Endo-Surgery circular surgical stapler. Prior to plaintiff work, Peter was a civil defense attorney who defended the City of Seattle in police misconduct cases and represented asbestos product manufacturers. He also clerked at the Washington State Court of Appeals and serves on the Board of Washington Advocates for Patient Safety.
