Abigail Wettstein

Abigail Wettstein is an associate trial lawyer at Grossman Yaffa Cohen, focusing on complex civil litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and other complex civil matters. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of Barristers and recognized as the top performer in the litigation skills program. She earned an individual oral advocacy award and helped her team place Best Team in the Americas in the International Criminal Court Moot. During law school, she gained experience through the University of Miami's International Human Rights Clinic, advocating before the United Nations Human Rights Committee in Geneva.
