Jonathan Pavsner

Jonathan M. Pavsner joined Grossman Yaffa Cohen as a partner, bringing more than thirty years of experience litigating complex cases in Florida. Since 1993, Jonathan has devoted his practice to representing individuals and families affected by the negligence of others, with a particular emphasis on medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. Over the course of his career, he has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements.

He served as President of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association and as Chairman of the Florida Bar's Grievance Committee. Jonathan has been included in The Best Lawyers in America since 2012 for personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as numerous federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
