Duncan Harle

Duncan M. Harle is an attorney at John Foy & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia.

Harle earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in 2002, where he was named to Who's Who in American Law School Students, served as an officer in the Student Bar Association, and was a member of the ATLA Regional Trial Competition team. He earned a Master's degree in Public Administration through a joint program between the University of South Carolina and the College of Charleston, and a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University in 1993.

Harle is licensed in all courts in Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

Harle has served as President of his Homeowners Association (2008-2010), as a former Executive Committee member for his Neighborhood Planning Unit, and as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, and Director at Second Ponce de Leon Baptist Church.
