John Foy

John M. Foy is the founder of John Foy & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia, which he established in 1999. With more than 30 years of personal injury practice since 1993, his firm has recovered over $1 billion in settlements and verdicts for clients.

Foy earned his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Dayton. He was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 1993.

Foy is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
