Ingrid Nuss

Ingrid Nuss is an attorney at John Foy & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia, with more than 20 years of legal practice. She focuses exclusively on workers' compensation practice and has successfully tried numerous cases and resolved thousands of matters for clients.

Nuss earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2001 and her Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Japanese from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1997. She is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia (2001) and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (2001).

Before joining John Foy & Associates, Nuss defended employers and insurers in personal injury and workers' compensation claims. She is a certified mediator who has mediated claims at Fulton County State Court. While in law school she was a member of the Emory Law Mock Trial Team. Before law school she worked for an architecture firm designing high-end homes and spent one year teaching English in Japan.
