Seth Sabbath

Seth Sabbath is an attorney at John Foy & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia. He has 12 years of experience representing employers and insurance companies through all stages of the workers' compensation process, including discovery, hearings, appeals, and mediations - experience that he now uses to help injured workers navigate workers' compensation claims and secure compensation.

Sabbath earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of the South in Sewanee, where he was a member of the Order of the Gownsmen and served on its Steering Committee. During law school he participated in the Mock Trial Team, the William Bootle Inn of Court, and the Legal Writing Certificate Program. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2004.

Sabbath was named a Georgia Rising Star Super Lawyer in 2006.
