About Cristina Pierson
Cristina M. Pierson is a partner at Kelley | Uustal Trial Attorneys whose practice is dedicated to complex civil cases, including class actions, qui tam matters, and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on consumer protection. She is board certified as a Business Litigation Specialist by the Florida Bar, a designation held by roughly one percent of Florida's lawyers, and has served as lead and co-lead counsel in national and state class action cases. Over the past decade she has recovered multimillion dollar settlements and verdicts for her clients, including the $82.6 million verdict against Celsius Holdings, work that Courtroom View Network recognized among its Top 10 Most Impressive Plaintiff Verdicts in the Nation for 2023. She represents individuals and proposed classes in litigation involving deceptive business practices, consumer protection laws, breach of contract claims, and landlord fees across Florida.
Pierson earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Nova University, where she was a member of the Nova Law Review and Moot Court Society, and a B.A. in criminal justice from the University of Florida. She has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation, consumer protection law, and plaintiff-side mass tort litigation, and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. A Cuban-American native of South Florida, she is fluent in Spanish.
