Manny Serra

Manny Serra is the managing partner at Kelley | Uustal Trial Attorneys. With more than 1,500 litigated cases and over 30 jury trials, he is known for thorough preparation and for approaching every case by first understanding the person behind it: what happened to them, what they have lost, and what they need from their lawyer. Serra has taught continuing legal education courses on artificial intelligence in legal practice management and on DUI litigation, and spoke on jury social media research at the Florida Justice Association's 2026 Christian D. Searcy Voir Dire Institute. Trained in the Entrepreneurial Operating System, he blends structure with creativity to lead the firm's operations, empowering the team to manage every case in a way that strengthens the firm's reputation and honors the trust of referring attorneys.

He serves on the board of directors of the Broward County Bar Association and has been recognized by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel and as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Serra earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a law review member and editor and a Moot Court Society competitor, and a B.S. in public relations and sports management from the University of Florida. Born and raised in South Florida, he spends his free time playing pickup games at local fields, courts, and courses.
