Todd Falzone

Todd R. Falzone is a partner at Kelley | Uustal Trial Attorneys who represents victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and the Florida Keys. Since joining the firm in March 2008, he has personally obtained jury verdicts, on his own or with his partners, exceeding $400 million, along with dozens of multimillion dollar settlements. His practice covers product liability, car accidents, pharmaceutical liability, medical negligence, premises liability, negligent security, discrimination, and maritime incidents. Notable results include a $14.6 million verdict for a car accident victim who sustained a broken neck and a $10 million verdict for a pregnant woman whose child suffered brain damage after paramedics botched the delivery of her premature baby.

His cases have been covered by national outlets including the Washington Post. The son of a police officer and a nurse, Falzone was raised in upstate New York, earned a psychology degree from Florida Atlantic University, and received his J.D. cum laude from California Western School of Law, where he served on the law review.
