About Harry Cutler
Harry Cutler leads the medical malpractice department at Kelley | Uustal Trial Attorneys, focusing his trial practice on complex medical malpractice litigation and the catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases that stem from it. Based in Fort Lauderdale, he represents clients throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties. Before joining the firm, Cutler was a partner at a Florida defense firm representing hospitals, physicians, and insurance groups in complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury matters, and previously held a similar role at a national defense firm specializing in complex civil litigation. That defense-side experience in high-stakes cases now informs his advocacy for clients injured by negligence, and he has built a reputation throughout Florida for thorough case preparation, strategic leadership, and command of the intricacies of medical litigation.
Since joining Kelley | Uustal in 2025, he has recovered over $20 million for clients, holding medical professionals accountable and securing the futures of people whose lives were disrupted by negligence. Cutler earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and vice president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and a B.S. in sports management from the University of Florida. Outside the courtroom, he officiates high school basketball in Broward County and volunteers with Take Stock in Children, a nonprofit that sends underprivileged students to college.
