Brian Kaplan

Brian C. Kaplan is an attorney at Law & Moran, Attorneys at Law in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and then his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2017, where he was a member of the Emory Moot Court Society. While in law school he served as a summer intern for the Honorable Douglas E. McKeon of the New York State Supreme Court for Bronx County. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2017 and joined Law & Moran shortly after graduation. He represents individuals who have been injured by the negligent or wrongful acts of others. Kaplan has been selected to the Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2023 through 2027.
