Heather Schneider

Heather M. Schneider is an associate at Locks Law Firm who joined in 2019, concentrating her practice on class actions and mass tort litigation, including the MDL 2323 In re National Football League Players' Concussion Injury Litigation, in which she has been involved since 2012. She received her law degree from New England Law in Boston in 2017. During law school she worked full-time as a law clerk and completed over 500 hours of pro bono legal work as a student practitioner. She externed with the Suffolk District Attorney's Office in Roxbury, Massachusetts, the Suffolk Probate and Family Court, and the Volunteer Lawyers Project.

She was the recipient of the 2017 Leesfield/American Association for Justice Law Student Scholarship in recognition of her advocacy and commitment to the civil justice system. Prior to joining Locks Law Firm she worked on domestic and international aviation disaster litigation. She continues to do pro bono work with the PA Innocence Project. She is admitted in Pennsylvania.
