Alfred Anthony

Alfred M. Anthony is of counsel to Locks Law Firm and heads the firm's Roseland, New Jersey office, also working from the New York City office. He is one of New Jersey's prominent mass tort and class action attorneys, concentrating in environmental contamination, toxic and mass torts, chemical exposure, asbestos and benzene exposure, pharmaceutical torts, and products liability litigation. In 1994, he certified the first toxic exposure personal injury and medical monitoring class action in New Jersey in Russo v. Allied Signal, resulting in a 30-year medical monitoring program. In 1997, he obtained a $38.5 million settlement for 427 Pompton Lakes, New Jersey residents in Armona v. DuPont, an environmental contamination suit.

He has represented over 19,000 victims in separate class actions in West Caldwell, New Jersey and Tonawanda, New York. He serves on the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Association for Justice and has served as a Livingston, New Jersey Town Council member, mayor, and deputy mayor. He is admitted in New Jersey and New York.
