Nicholas Sarelakos

Nicholas C. Sarelakos is a Philadelphia native and associate in Locks Law Firm's Philadelphia office. He joined the firm in 2022 with a primary focus on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and multidistrict litigation and mass tort. He is a 2011 graduate of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids. During law school he clerked for the Honorable Kathleen Feeney and the Honorable Christopher Yates in the family and criminal divisions of the 17th Circuit Court in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and externed at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.

After admission he worked as a sole practitioner in commercial litigation, debt collection, personal injury, and estate planning, then joined a prominent Philadelphia plaintiff firm gaining experience in mass torts, multidistrict litigation, and medical device product liability. Before joining Locks, he focused on insurance coverage and general liability defense in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts. He brings 11 years of litigation experience to the firm.
