Francesca Iacovangelo

Francesca A. Iacovangelo is a partner at Locks Law Firm who joined the firm in November 2022. She began her legal career as a Public Defender in Chester County, PA, trying major felony cases. She then transitioned to civil practice, spending fifteen years as a trial lawyer at private firms and as in-house counsel for a large insurance company, where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and construction defect cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, conducting hundreds of depositions. Her practice at Locks Law Firm encompasses motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, benzene exposure, medical malpractice, and multidistrict litigation and mass tort.

She was named a 2025 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. Active in the Philadelphia legal community, she serves as Chancellor of the Justinian Society of Philadelphia and volunteers as an attorney for Philadelphia VIP. She is admitted in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
