Anthony Mastroianni

Anthony P. Mastroianni is a partner in Locks Law Firm's Manhattan office. His practice focuses on representing individuals diagnosed with cancer as a result of occupational exposure to toxins, including benzene and asbestos, as well as victims of medical malpractice, negligence, and defective products including medical devices and drugs. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2012 and from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2016. During law school he worked for a non-profit organization helping homeowners obtain disaster relief funds following Superstorm Sandy. He then joined a preeminent New York trial law firm as a law clerk and later as an attorney, developing expertise in complex litigation.

He has since represented plaintiffs in civil actions and mass tort proceedings across the country. He is fluent in Spanish with additional study of Italian and Portuguese. He is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the Columbian Lawyers Association, First Judicial Department. He is admitted in New York.
