Emily Colucci

Emily J. Colucci is an associate at Locks Law Firm whose practice focuses on mass tort litigation, including asbestos and toxic torts and the NFL Players' Concussion Injury Litigation. She joined the firm in 2017 as a legal assistant and in 2019 began attending law school in the Extended Division at Widener University Delaware Law while continuing to work full-time as a litigation paralegal. Her paralegal work at Locks was dedicated to asbestos and toxic torts, and she also assisted with the NFL concussion litigation.

Prior to joining Locks, she worked as a claims analyst and auditor for a facility processing asbestos trust claims for plaintiff firms nationally, and she has experience in resource management and call center operations at a global media and technology company. She is certified in human resource management. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2023 and is admitted in Pennsylvania.
