Eric Bihlear

Eric D. Bihlear is an associate in Locks Law Firm's Cherry Hill office representing plaintiffs in personal injury, defective products, medical device product liability, and mass tort matters. His practice covers auto accidents, slip and falls, and nationwide mass tort cases including hernia mesh litigation, Ozempic claims, and Philips Respironics cases. He also serves as natural resource damages counsel and advocates for clients in toxic exposure matters.

He joined the firm in 2020 following a clerkship for the Honorable William E. Nugent of the Appellate Division, Superior Court of New Jersey. During law school at Rutgers Law School, he served as Assistant Managing Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and was a member of the Hunter Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board. He is admitted in New Jersey.
