Brian Russell

Brian Russell is an associate attorney with Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, dedicated to representing injured workers in New York. With more than 18 years of legal experience, Mr. Russell appears regularly before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board and the Appellate courts, having handled thousands of cases on behalf of workers seeking benefits for on-the-job injuries.

Mr. Russell earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 2000 and his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2004. His practice focuses on New York workers' compensation law, including total disability claims, Social Security disability benefits, and related appellate proceedings.

Mr. Russell is a member of the Injured Workers Bar Association and regularly attends continuing legal education programs on workers' compensation strategy and practice, including National Business Institute seminars on litigating workers' compensation cases and New York workers' compensation fundamentals.
