Brandon Rosenstein

Brandon Rosenstein is an attorney at Montlick Injury Attorneys in Georgia. His approach centers on strategic negotiation and analytical precision, drawing from his prior experience representing employers and Fortune 50 companies to anticipate defense strategies for injured workers.

Rosenstein earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Mercer University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University.

As a law school coach, he helped lead Mercer's ABA Negotiations Team to its first-ever National Championship in 2022.

He is licensed in Georgia and admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia, and U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.
