About Felix Luna
Felix Gavi Luna is a partner at PWRFL Law in Seattle, Washington, where his practice focuses on personal injury, civil rights litigation, business disputes, and complex commercial litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. in 1997 from the UW School of Law, graduating with highest honors, Order of the Coif, and Order of the Barristers. Luna spent his first decade in practice as a shareholder at Heller Ehrman LLP before joining PWRFL in March 2007. Instead of straightening her spine, the operation by Dr. Michael Thomas left her with a severe forward and left lean, and Daley alleged Thomas then failed to provide adequate follow-up care. For three years she lived with pain that was at times severe enough to make her lose consciousness, until a different surgeon corrected the lean in August 2014. In July 2017, a Yakima County Superior Court jury awarded her $1,219,052, covering her past medical expenses and non-economic damages.
