Em Feder Cooper

Em Feder Cooper focuses her practice on mass tort and wildfire litigation, including cases arising from the Eaton Fire. She works closely with clients recovering from major losses while also supervising the firm's paralegal team. Her background includes two years in class action litigation, where she developed motion practice skills and worked on client-facing matters. She earned her J.D. from NYU School of Law, where she received the Kaye Writing Prize for her work on employment classification under Title VII and served on the Moot Court Board.

She received her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, where she was recognized on the Dean's List. Earlier in her career she worked with Equal Rights Advocates, assisting a survivor of sexual assault through a Title IX proceeding. Cooper joined the firm in early 2026.
