About Scott Goldstein

Scott Goldstein is the manager of the Litigation Department at Saiontz & Kirk, P.A., and a senior member of the firm's leadership team. With more than 35 years devoted to representing injury victims, Scott has spent his entire legal career on one side of the courtroom: the side of ordinary people who have been hurt by the negligence of others. That lifelong commitment has made him one of Baltimore's most seasoned and respected personal injury advocates.

Scott focuses his practice on complex automobile accident bodily injury claims and workers' compensation cases, areas where experience and judgment make an enormous difference in the outcome. Over the decades, he has helped collect many millions of dollars on behalf of seriously injured clients, as well as the families of those who have tragically lost their lives in accidents. Whether at trial or in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations, Scott is known as a fierce and skilled advocate who never loses sight of the human being behind the case.

A lifelong Marylander, Scott earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland at College Park before going on to the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both the Maryland state and federal courts, giving his clients the full reach of his advocacy wherever their case is heard.

What sets Scott apart is the consistency of his care. He has long been recognized for providing every client the same level of personal attention and dedication, regardless of the size of the case or the severity of the injury. He believes that every injured person and grieving family deserves to be treated with respect and to have a tireless champion in their corner. Backed by Saiontz & Kirk's 50-year legacy and its promise of no fees unless they win, Scott Goldstein offers injured Marylanders the experience, tenacity, and compassion they need to pursue full and fair compensation.
