About Kyle Wallace
Kyle Wallace is a partner at Shiver Hamilton Campbell focusing on trial, arbitration, and appellate practice. He graduated first in his class from the University of Georgia School of Law and then clerked for Judge R. Lanier Anderson, III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Before joining Shiver Hamilton Campbell, Wallace spent 12 years as a partner at Alston and Bird, where he co-led the firmwide appellate practice. He also served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Georgia.
In 2015, Governor Nathan Deal appointed Wallace to the Georgia Appellate Jurisdiction Review Commission, and he co-drafted the Georgia Appellate Jurisdiction Reform Act of 2016. He has argued before the Eleventh Circuit, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Georgia Court of Appeals, and has served as lead counsel in more than 100 federal court cases. His practice covers personal injury and wrongful death, consumer class action litigation, bad faith insurance litigation, and appellate representation.
