Scott Campbell

Scott Campbell is a partner at Shiver Hamilton Campbell. He earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. cum laude in Political Science and Speech Communications from the University of Georgia. Campbell was admitted to the Georgia bar on November 10, 2005. He has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2010 through 2019, named to Georgia's Legal Elite in 2013, and elevated to Super Lawyer in 2023.

His trial work has produced some of Georgia's largest verdicts in motor vehicle and premises liability cases, including the largest jury verdict in a motor vehicle spine surgery case in the state, the top premises liability verdict in Georgia in 2017, and the top motor vehicle verdict in 2019. Individual results include a $6.35 million forklift verdict and a $5 million auto verdict. His practice covers car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, burn injuries, and national class actions.
