About Marla Eastwood

Marla Eastwood is a partner at Shiver Hamilton Campbell with more than 30 years in litigation and over 15 years focused on personal injury and wrongful death representation. She earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida College of Law, where she served as Associate Notes Editor and Senior Galleys Editor for the Florida Law Review, received the George Milam Award for Best Case Comment, and was awarded the Philip J. McLennan Memorial Scholarship. She completed her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in History and Russian.

Before representing plaintiffs, Eastwood practiced insurance defense at Henry Spiegel Milling, LLP and Owen Gleaton Egan Jones and Sweeney, LLP. She holds an AV Preeminent peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer since 2015. Eastwood has presented at multiple Georgia Trial Lawyers Association conferences on highway design, apportionment, expert witness testimony, and traffic engineering. Her practice covers truck accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, fire and explosion cases, products liability, medical malpractice, and construction litigation.
