About Trinette Kent

Trinette G. Kent is of counsel at SL Chapman LLC. She earned her B.A. in Humanities with a Spanish emphasis from Loyola Marymount University in 1996, her M.A. in Spanish Linguistics and Literature from Middlebury College in 1997, and her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2002. Kent began her legal career in California representing consumers against insurance companies in bad faith litigation, then continued that practice after relocating to Arizona. She is admitted to practice in California and Arizona, including the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Arizona Bankruptcy Court. Her practice covers consumer protection litigation, bad faith insurance claims, debt collector disputes, credit reporting agency disputes, car manufacturer liability, and sex abuse survivor representation.
