Anthony Foster

Anthony Foster is a trial attorney at Sorrels Law who represents people catastrophically harmed by the negligent and reckless actions of corporations, individuals, and their insurers. He has taken several cases to trial as lead counsel and is trilingual, regularly helping Spanish-speaking and Mandarin Chinese-speaking clients. Born and raised in Houston, he graduated from St. John's School and attended Rice University, where he earned a B.A. in Earth Science in 2016 and competed as an outside hitter on the men's club volleyball team.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2019, serving as a student attorney in the UHLC Immigration Clinic helping indigent Spanish-speaking clients with asylum and crime-victim immigration cases, while clerking on personal injury cases at a respected Houston plaintiff's firm during summers and his second and third years. After his admission to the State Bar of Texas in 2019 he practiced as a plaintiff's personal injury attorney at Fibich, Leebron, Copeland & Briggs from 2019 to 2025 before joining Sorrels Law. He is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association, the Asian American Bar Association of Houston, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
