Michael Driggs

Michael Driggs is a trial lawyer at The Advocates Injury Attorneys, managing the firm's California practice and serving as a litigation resource across all offices. He focuses on high-stakes personal injury litigation, especially cases approaching trial and matters requiring multi-jurisdictional coordination.

Driggs has tried more than a dozen jury trials in addition to bench trials and arbitrations, with multi-million-dollar verdicts, and has argued cases at state and federal levels including the Utah Supreme Court. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, an MBA from George Mason University School of Business, and his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Utah. He is licensed in California, Utah, and Montana.
